Born from two hearts aligned with wanting to unite and and support communities, through providing an array of services that range from holistic health and food security, to resources, haircuts, and essential needs. We aim to meet people exactly where they are at, with compassion and kindness. We are disrupting the stigmas around substance use, mental health,and  food and housing status.

We are currently offering free yoga classes to the community, as well as pop up free  haircuts in different locations throughout Ocean and Monmouth County.  We also aid in providing food security for those in need, connections to other resources as well as essentail needs, including but not limited to: toiletries, clothing, feminine hygiene products, etc.

We are extremely grateful for any and all support we receive. We are a non-profit who relies on the generosity of our family in compassion.
